Public offer for the use of NEO Metrica
These terms of use (hereinafter — the "Agreement") govern the relationship between Neoapp LLC (hereinafter — the "Service") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter — the "User") using the NEO Metrica platform. By using the service, the User confirms acceptance of these terms.

All materials placed on the NEO Metrica platform (including, but not limited to: text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video, source code, interface design and databases) are the intellectual property of Neoapp LLC and are protected by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and international copyright norms.
Any copying, distribution, publication, modification or other use of materials without prior written consent of the Service is prohibited.

2. Use of the service
The User agrees to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. It is prohibited to:

3. Data protection
The Service processes the User's personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. All data is transmitted over secure channels using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. The Service does not share personal data with third parties without the User's consent, except as required by law.
4. Liability
The Service makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform running smoothly, but is not liable for temporary outages caused by maintenance, third-party failures or force majeure. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide and for any actions performed using their account.

The Service reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. The current version is always available on neoapp.uz. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated version.
